Elevate Child Care Center

Elevate Child Care Center utilizes Procare software and programs.  If you are ready to register your child, click the MyProcare Registration and follow the steps to create your account.  Please note, all fields are required.  It is OK to enter "N/A" or "None" where applicable.

You will receive notification from Elevate within 24 hours of submission.  If the registration is accepted, you'll be emailed copies of all enrollment documents.  Only the Signature Page is required to be returned from the Parent Handbook, the rest must be completed in their entirety.  These may be scanned and emailed back to the center or hand delivered at the time of your scheduled tour.  Please contact us if you have any questions!
